Meet Captain Chase
Captain Chase was born and raised in Southwest Florida and grew up fishing the wild waters of the Ten Thousand Islands. He's a second-generation charter captain with over 20 years on the water — these backcountry creeks, oyster bars and mangrove shorelines aren't a job site, they're home turf.
He's laid-back and quick with a laugh, and he wants you to have a great time out there — but when it's go time, he flips the switch. Expect hands-on fishing, real technique, and getting a little dirty doing what it takes to get a bite. Whether you're chasing your first catch or hunting a trophy fish, Captain Chase brings the grit, the local knowledge, and the passion to go as far as it takes to make it a trip you won't forget.

SWFL Tail Chasers fishes out of an 18-foot Custom Famous Craft flats skiff with a custom hull built to handle more chop than a typical flats boat — a hybrid between a bay boat and a true flats skiff, so it's just as comfortable running skinny backcountry water as it is crossing open bays.
